Module #1 of the Leadership/Mentorship Development Program

This 10 hour course is open to everyone, with priority given to those registered in the LMD Program.

Title: Understanding Self
Location: NSCC Lunenburg, Bridgewater
Date: The module will be delivered via two face to face sessions.  Day 1: 26 November 2011 with day 2 to be determined on day 1
Timee: 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
Fee: $60

Description:  This course is structured to allow learners the opportunity to study the concept that self awareness is an essential element in understanding the leadership role in the field.  Learners will examine their personal strengths and skills and through the process of portfolio development and personal reflection will identify areas for personal growth and development.
