Time Capsule – May 17

In 2006 I travelled to Toronto with a couple of schoolmates for a national ACE exposition.

Export

We randomly stumbled across this pub while wandering around in Toronto. Of course we stopped for a pint.  I could never find it again.  If you know where it is, please tell me!

Brier Island

Back when my family still took road trips, we took the drive down to Brier Island.  It’s a wonderfully scenic island and drive (check out Balancing Rock on your way!) and we even saw some seals out in the ocean!  This is the lighthouse on the island.

Peggy's Cove

The lighthouse at Peggy’s Cove.  Probably Nova Scotia’s most famous lighthouse.  We visited here our first summer in Nova Scotia.

Day 323

Posted in Photography on July 17th, 2010 by Aurora

Today we traveled to The Ovens; caves on the Atlantic Coast of Nova Scotia.  I actually took a lot of better, more interesting photos throughout the day, such as benches, sailboats, things in the museum… but as the point of the excursion was ‘caves’ I thought I’d make sure I stuck to that theme for today’s photo.
