How winter looks outside my window.
Today we traveled to The Ovens; caves on the Atlantic Coast of Nova Scotia. I actually took a lot of better, more interesting photos throughout the day, such as benches, sailboats, things in the museum… but as the point of the excursion was ‘caves’ I thought I’d make sure I stuck to that theme for today’s photo.
During autumn in the Garrison Graveyard in Annapolis Royal, they cover the oldest, most fragile tombstones with these ‘tents’ to protect them from the winter weather.

The second in a string of Time Capsule entries :)

Morning in Bridgetown, Nova Scotia. Saw this shot as the bus was turning around when we got to work this morning. As soon as I got off the bus I snapped this photo and a couple of other photos, although it didn’t really turn out as I saw it. My excuse is that I rushed it. I still feel weird taking photos in situations that aren’t, for most people, ‘kodak’ or touristy moments/locations. This means I miss a lot of great shots, or rush. I need to get over that :)
Decided to get off the bus early this morning on my way to Job #2 and stop at the bank and snap a few pics on my stroll the rest of the way to work :)
