Aurora 365

Four years ago I cut my hair.  While it doesn’t sound like a big deal, it was!  2009 was the first time in 15 years I did anything more than trim my hair and I donated the braid to charity.  I’ve cut and donated again once since then, though I have been visiting the hair salon more often to keep my bangs short.

My new Social Networking avatar.

At the outset I mentioned that this might not be photography all the time, that it was more of  a creative 365.  To date, that hasn’t really been the case, aside from one day when I did some photo manipulation instead of taking a picture.  Today, however is one of those days. :)  For a class I’m auditing – EC&I 831 “Social Media and Open Education” from the University of Regina, we were asked to record an introductory video.  Well… I didn’t really want to record myself, or my voice, so I put this together instead. :)  Enjoy!

(And it does actually have some photos in it, a lot actually!  Some have been in this 365 project before and some not)

Self Portrait

A little self portrait. :)  It’s about the closest to ‘in front of the camera’ as I’d like to be normally. lol This probably should have been yesterday’s post… kinda introducing myself.  But it was not sunny while I was conscious… no sun, no shadow. :)
