Three photos for the price of one…

Today, I made bread for the first time.  It wasn’t just some normal bread.  Nope, not for me; I had to choose something complicated!  I made it the old fashioned way with no bread maker.  I chose “Black Bread” from Inn at the Crossroads, inspired by George R. R. Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire book series.

The only thing I didn’t do very good was make my balls (heh, “balls” #iamtwelve) very round, so the bread was kinda flat.  Otherwise, the texture was perfect (imo) and it tasted great, especially with a bit of honey.  Considering this was my first time make real bread EVER I’m quite pleased with myself :P

oops… got busy Christmas shopping last night.  I did take yesterday’s photo yesterday but didn’t get to post it.  here we go :)

This 365 project is coming to a close.  Any suggestions of what I should do next, if anything?  I need a new project or focus – photography, design, writing, anything.  I had a project planned, but it’s no where near ready suggestions?
