er… I mean ‘catch-up’!  I was away for the weekend and then SWAMPED since I got back.  I DID take photos each day though, just didn’t get a chance to upload them.  So here’s like a week’s worth!

Time to play a bit of 365 catchup.

On day 44 I went to the parentals and took a photo of my Jar of “orts” (the threads ends that I snip off when cross stitching.  Dunno what I’m going to do with it, but for now it’s just pretty :) )

It was really hot on day 45 (also at the parentals) and the Kitty was exploring the fan.

I didn’t upload the photos there because it’s a hassle – I have to remember to bring my USB cord and all I have to resize and watermark the photos is MS paint.  *gag* So I was going to do it when I got home, on day 46.  But I spent almost all of the evening and night Lying in bed (or wishing I were in bed).

As much I would have loved to stay there all weekend, I dragged myself out of bed early this morning to go to the Market in Wolfville.

Okay, so a bit of a cheat.  I took these photos yesterday, but wanted to share them with everyone :D

I was at the parents house for the weekend and while I was packing up to come home I heard “Come out to the garage, there’s a kitten!” A cute little baby kitten!!  It took us 45 minutes to get him out of this brick in the corner of the floor s/he was hiding in.

But finally mum did.  (Of course she did!  She’s the mummy! :) )  Brother’s already named it McFly. lol I don’t know how they’re going to keep as this house is NOT cat proof!

Had a great time at the RCMP Musical Ride tonight.  Even if it was POURING.  I blame the weather on my poor photos :(

Okay, so they can be a bit smelly, but they’re so cute with their hair sticking up all over the place!

Our Winston has been sick, probably with cancer, for the last 3-4 weeks at least.  The last couple of those we’ve had him on drugs and he hasn’t been able to go to the bathroom on his own, but he’d been otherwise his happy normal self.  Yesterday, he stopped eating and was shivering and panting and crying.  It was time.  We took him to the vet today and had him put down.

We’re all sad of course, especially his ‘sister’ Kes.
